My Izzy heavy barrel came home today.
 

Quite painless a procedure as well.

This rifle is HEAVY...no wonder it is called a heavy barrel....:biggrin:

No pics yet but it is in very nice condition,wood looks great,all the correct Israeli parts and an Imbel receiver.

Bipod is kind of funky but if we ever need a rifle to lay down supressing fire,this should work....:smile:

As a bonus got a nice US made soft rifle case too.

DON'T EVEN GO THERE, I've got a heavy barrel on my Brazilian Imbel, it's heavier than hell, so I decided to turn it into a sniper rifle. To be honest it's not bad out to about 600 yards with "decent" ammo...

I wonder if I had it fluted if that would make a big difference?
